The Write Stuff: Put it in writing. A good way to increase your chances of following through on your intentions is to put your plans in writing. Make a contract with yourself. Identify specific goals -- write down how much weight you want to lose, how you plan to accomplish your goals and when you plan to start. Now sign on the dotted line and keep the contract where you can�t help but see it every day, like on the fridge or taped to your mirror.
Food For Thought: Eating healthy food doesn�t have to be boring or bland. Sure there are people who eat bean sprouts, cottage cheese, tofu and raw vegetables, but that doesn�t have to become your eating style"
