Watch Your Waist

One very easy way to control how much you eat for lunch during
your workday is to pack and bring your own lunch. In this day and age of fast food, many of us go out for lunch every day. If you pack and bring yours, you'll be more likely to bring healthy food (not like grabbing a greasy burger on the run), and you can bring the right amount. Pack just the amount of food you'll need for a
reasonably sized lunch. Plastic containers and baggies are wonderful lunch packaging items, and there are plenty of lunch bags out there that don't look like they belong on the playground. You can even stuff the plastic containers or baggies in your briefcase.
