Want to lose weight? Use smaller plates - Diet & Nutrition - MSNBC.com

I wonder just how many people who are attempting to lose fat are victims of the Super-Size Me syndrom? Bigger plates lead to bigger portions which in turn lead to bigger people.

Still the easiest way to begin losing fat is the rule of less calories in than calories out. Using smaller plates, weighing food to determine portion sizes, etc are good ways to begin this and to even get people to knowing just what a healthy serving size is.
