in a cooking class. There are many people who eat out on a regular
basis because the hate to cook. Or because they simply don't know how.

If you're one of these people who barely know their way around the
kitchen, sign up for a culinary class. If you can find a course that
caters to healthy cooking, that's even better. This is one thing I had to learn.

This is a fun and easy
way to learn more about food preparation. As you grow more comfortable
in the kitchen, you can concentrate on giving your meals a makeover by
adjusting recipes with healthy substitutions.

There are many things you can do in the kitchen that will either sabotage your efforts or increase your success. Take your lunch and snacks with you. If you prepare them ahead of time you can have a nutritious healthy lunch and snacks with you where ever you go.
